10 celebrities who have KILLED people

AMY LOCANE

Locane, best known for her work opposite of Johnny Depp in Cry Baby, was charged with vehicular homicide and assault by auto back in 2010 when she drunkenly plowed her SUV into another vehicle, killing one of the passengers.  Even though she was 3X the legal limit, she only received 3 years of prison time.

BRANDY NORWOOD

R&B singer, Brandy Norwood (best known by stage name Brandy) was involved in a four car freeway crash in late 2006 that left a 38-year-old woman dead.  Brandy failed to notice the cars in front of her slowing down, causing her to rear-end the driver in front of her.

DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER

Reality star, Dog the Bounty Hunter AKA Duane Chapman was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to five years in a Texas prison in 1976.  Dog was waiting in the car when his friend shot and killed drug dealer/pimp Jerry Oliver when trying to buy marijuana.

LAURA BUSH

In 1963, former First Lady Laura Bush was only 17-years-old when, on the way to the drive-in theater, she ran a stop sign and hit another vehicle.  The impact of the crash killed her classmate and star athlete Mike Douglas.

MATTHEW BRODERICK

Back in 1987, Broderick and then girlfriend, Jennifer Grey, were vacationing in Northern Ireland when Broderick’s red BMW hit an oncoming brown Volvo, killing the 28 year old driver and her mother.  Broderick walked away with a broken leg while Grey was unhurt.

MICHAEL JACE

In May of 2014, the actor best known for his role on The Shield was arrested and charged with shooting and killing his wife, April Jace.  Michael was the one who made the 911 call, initially admitting to shooting his wife.  However, in June, he pled not guilty.  His two young sons were home when he killed their mother.

OJ SIMPSON 

OJ Simpson, a former professional football player, was tried on two counts of murder after the deaths of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson and waiter, Ronald Lyle Goldman in 1994.  Simpson was acquitted of the murders; however, 20 years later, 83% of Americans believe he was guilty.

PHILL LEWIS

Lewis, best known for his work on Scrubs, was driving a suburban in 1991 when he crossed the center line, hitting and killing 21-year-old Isabel Duarte.  She died from injuries.

REBECCA GAYHEART

Gayheart, best known for her work on Beverly Hills, 90210 and as the “Noxema Girl”, was charged with vehicular manslaughter after she accidentally hit a 9-year-old boy with her car in 2001.

RICK SPRINGFIELD

In 2010, the “Jessie’s Girl” crooner admitted to a secret that had weighed on him for years: he had killed a man in Vietnam back in 1967.  He was only 17-years-old at the time.
